Tonight I’m trying something I’ve never done before. I’m blogging from my iPhone in my bed!
I tried to take a picture, but it’s dark and the flash was really (oh my frog zizzles) bright! So this is what you get! Ha!!
Dearest and Harrison are here with me, but they’re already asleep. Aren’t they the sweetest? (And if you follow me on twitter, you already saw this, cuz I already shared it there!)

Today we saw an air balloon. (These are the things one talks about when blogging from bed with only iPhone pictures.)
I tried to wake Harrison from the back seat to show him, but he was so zonked he just rolled his eyes back in his head and said, “Okay!”
So, I took a picture! (And didn’t wreck.)
If you follow me on Twitter, you also saw that I ate Sardines today. I bought 2 cases of Wild Planet Sardines (packed in spring water and sea salt) from the health food store because they are supposed to be quite low in mercury (due to their size) and very good for you.
I ate the first few bites with my eyes closed because I was afraid of seeing the backbone. But then I decided to conquer my fear and pull the backbone out… Look at it… And eat it!
I know some of you are about to lose your after dinner snack, but I was rather impressed with myself and decided I liked Sardines.
Anybody else a Doctor Who fan? Oh I am! (Random topic- nothing else to say about it).

Tonight while we were watching American Idol, Harrison looked at a (heavier than me) ladies arms and said, “Mommy! She has your arms!” I was like What?!! He giggled and thought he was pretty funny, but he was actually serious and that makes me glad that I’m on a diet. My arms have looked a little blubbery.
So, I’m going to post this from my phone and I have NO idea what it will look like. I guess we’ll find out! That’s what experiments are for, right?
Going to sleep now.
Night night lab rats. (I’m experimenting on you ya know.) ha ha ho ho hee hee

Experiment successful!!!! Those sardines look so ghastly btw! You crazy girl! Love the fuzzy bed shot! You make me smile! Et
Well… I think you should give them a try! The reason I tried them is because I read how good they are for you. I decided I’d eat them even if I didn’t like them, but I think they’re delicious! I dare you.
Looks great to me!
Well, except for that NASTY sardine picture. LOL!!
And my hubby and I LOVE the good Doctor. We’re watching it right now as a matter of fact. We just started watching a month or so ago so we’re still getting caught up. Just started the “Silence in the Library” episode when I popped over to your blog.
Ah, here I thought you were going to say the sardines look great to you! I’m learning that most women don’t like them (or at least how they look)!
Too funny.
I’m getting caught up on Doctor Who as well. My family has seen them all – until the current season. I just finished season 4. Don’t forget to watch the specials (that are also on Netflix). Apparently you miss something big if you miss one of the specials. Here’s a link that helps you get things in order. http://www.nathaniajohnson.com/guide-to-watching-doctor-who-in-order-on-netflix
The link includes the old show, so you’ll have to scroll to the bottom.
Have a great day!
Love,
Lynnette
PS I loved the Silence in the Library episode. Poor Donna was so confused! ha!
Yes, i like Dr. Who, but i really LOVE Firefly! (Have been watching re-runs.)
Posting from my iPod or other small devise would drive me nuts! I am a very challenged text-er, too.
Love you and your fun family.
I’ve never seen Firefly. I’ll check into it.
I am a challenged texter too. It was indeed a challenge for me. Definitely would not do it again for fun – no indeed. It was a fun experiment though! ha!
Have a beautiful day friend.
Love,
Lynnette
Haha, you crack me up!
I love reading your blog. You make me laugh almost every time. Love the fuzzy shot as well as the one with your dearest and Harrison. Moments to always remember.
What a sweet compliment… and I’m so glad you love reading my blog. Comments like that keep me creative!
Love,
Lynnette
I am like Sherri…”I love reading your blog Lynnette…and you make me laugh almost every time!”
Sorry about the “arm” comment from Harrison…I hope your arms are never, ever, ever, as big as mine! I mean I am so glad I have arms…blessed actually…but I am very sensitive and embarrassed about how big they are. But hey…my momma only had one arm, so once again I will say that I am truly thankful to have two arms that work so well for me! Thank you Lord!) (:>
Love the picture of Kyle and Harry snoozing while my silly daughter is playing with her phone and entertaining us all! Time for me to go night night now…and you should go to sleep too, my dear daughter!
Love ya,
Momma
Well, I adore your arms that have hugged me my whole life. So, I definitely think you should be grateful for them.
I was asleep by the time you typed your comment. ha!
Love you.
Happy day.
Lynnette
It turned out fine!

I like sardine on pizza but I’m not sure I could actually just eat them out of the can by themselves.
And I have got to see an episode of Dr. Who- I have heard friends talk about it….
Sardine pizza eh? Now that IS strange! But, I’d try it! (Brave warrior speaks)
My kiddos LOVE sardines! But I have yet to force myself to try one…what a great mama I am : )
Ah c’mon Melody! You can do it! What you need to do is video tape yourself eating them and then put it on your blog. That just might go viral. ha ha!!!
Here’s what I looked like eating mine (added for dramatic effect):

Oh Lynnette, your randomness makes me giggle!! I love the variety of topics you covered in this post, entirely because it’s what your phone allowed. Too cute!
By the way, the sardines look nasty! Thank goodness I’m allergic to fish/seafood – you can’t suggest that I try one!
Hugs!
Well, I’m glad they look nasty to you, since you’re allergic to fish. Honestly, that is what kept me from wanting to try them, but I’m over it. ha!
My husband loves sardines, but they gross me out. Actually, all fish does! You are brave!
If you ever pass through Albuquerque in September or October, give me a holler! We have a the International Balloon Fiesta every October, and every fall there are hundreds of hot air balloons in the sky! I love it when they fly right over our house – the burner sounds like a giant dragon!
I’ve heard about that balloon festival. Isn’t it known as the biggest in the nation? I’d LOVE to see it!
Haha! You crack me up.
Haha! Yeah, I hate blogging from my iPhone, because I always want to get on my laptop to see how it looks! Lol! Yeah…avoid the flash! It’s great to use as a flashlight, but that’s about it! Hahaha!
That flash was insanely bright!
Well, your experiment was a success. It looks great. I am not sure I could have done a long post, maybe just a few words. I am no where near as fast of a typist on the phone. But hey, now if I get something that wakes me up in the night that can’t wait until morning, I will just blog from my iPhone!
Sardines, yuk! Thankfully, I am just now heading to the kitchen for my snack!
Happy Sunday!
Oh, I know. I’m a very lame typist on my phone. I’m backspacing like a mad woman!
But, yes, it is pretty darn handy for a blog emergency. ha ha!
I’ve discovered that most men like their sardines! ha! They must be manly little fish.
sardines. ew. Lynnette… oh ew.
lol BUT Jeremy would LOVE LOVE LOVE it! lol
Loved the randomness of this post, even though you are tired of that word.
When I try to post pictures from my phone, they turn out very small. Yours are full size. Hmmm….
Tried blogging from my phone a few times… but the truth is I am a wimp. Typing a post, everyone knows I need a billion words in each post, on the little keyboard made me NUTS… and I didn’t have so far to go in the first place.
