Thing One: I wanted to share something with you and I’d love to see you get involved.

Sabu Help is a nonprofit organization created to help the poor help themselves. They believe that the poor can build a better lives for themselves if only given the chance. The poor don’t lack ability, they lack opportunities. My blogging friend Shi asked me to consider helping by purchasing an authentic African made item. All revenue generated from sales of these items goes to Sabu Help Funds to support clients. All products are made in Ghana.

Thing Two: The boys make a mini jungle! Isn’t it cute?

LOVE little jeans with holes in the knees. My son is wearing a pair today too.
Gotta love it!
I just love little boys! My twins built a forest in our grass. My husband just aerated the lawn, so there are tons of little holes everywhere. The twins picked some weeds that were up on our terrace, stuck them in the holes on the lawn, and then drove their trucks (a street sweeper and a fire truck) through the forest, pretending to go to their great-grandma’s cabin in Northern AZ!
I love the bags – especially the second one! I just love the bright colors!
Ha! Boys are such… BOYS! Always finding an adventure in something!
Your twins sound like they’d have a great time with my little guys.
Have a great day Coby!

I think all but two pairs of my Brandon’s jeans now have holes in them! lol I am glad we are finally to warmer weather so that we can be wearing shorts even to school so the teachers don’t have to feel sorry for him wearing pants to school with holes in them.
I just refuse to buy them this time of year because we won’t wear them all summer and by fall he will have grown and need new ones anyways. That and shoes-my poor boys are so rough on both. These pictures were so cute-and I love the purses. Really pretty. I will have to check this out. My hubby was a journeyman to Africa for two years-long before we met but we both have a heart for the people there because of that.
Hugs-hope today was a wonderful day for you.
Love
Jill
Yeah, my boys ALWAYS have holes in their jeans! CRAZY! Yeah, now that they can wear shorts we’ll just have to deal with scuffed up knees! ha!!
Hope you’re able to find something you like on the Sabu Help website! I think it’s a neat ministry and I also think it’s pretty cool to own a couple purses made by an African woman who needs buyers to support her family.
Have a great day friend.
Love,
Lynnette
I LOVE those purses! will check out your link for sure. My kids have been playing outside non stop for the last couple weeks (the snow is finally gone!). They spend hours lost in their imaginations, It’s been hard to get ANY school work done at all
My digging boys have been digging and making “volcanos”…very large mounds of dirt with holes in the center. Whatever keeps them busy outside burning their superfluous energy.
Your boys are adorable Lynnette…and so are you.
Yeah for snow being gone!!! I rejoice with you! I’m with you on the school. We’ve been trying to do school outside and there are so many distractions! ha!! I think we’ll stick to the indoors for the book work and go out for the adventurous learning.
I think you should post something funny and link up to today’s Blog and Share. I’m remembering your hilarious post that made me laugh until I cried!
Have a beautiful day Carla.

Awwwww!!! Soooo cute! Your little boys are going to be driving the girls daffy when their older!;)
I hope that some day I have as many little boys and girls and still be as beautiful and happy as you! I’m only 14, but I was able to foster a baby boy (with a little help from my awesome mom) for three months…and oh my, I never knew how awesome it felt to be a Mommy…he was into everything, made big messes, and sometimes I felt like I was going to go crazy at times, but I treasure every little moment I had him and miss him like crazy sometimes…and I can’t wait for the day I have my own house full of kids!
Blessings<3
HA! I’ve never heard the term “daffy”. That’s cute.
Mothering is just wonderful and I am indeed joyful. Sometimes mothering hurts… some days are miserably difficult… but overall the blessings and beauty of motherhood outweigh all the rough days. Love is always worth the bad days.
Have a lovely day, 14 year old Mary.
Love,
Lynnette
